Tour fees must be paid in advance.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellations are subject to the following fees, so please be advised in advance.

• Up to 8 days before: Free
• 7 days to 1 day before: 50% of the fee
• After 17:00 local time on the previous day: 100% of the fee

　Tours operate even in rain unless unsafe for boats. If you cancel for personal reasons, including weather, cancellation fees apply.

• Age restrictions apply for activities:
  Trial Diving: 15–55 years
  Sea Walker: 15–60 years
  Parasailing: 10–60 years (under 80kg)
  Banana Boat: 10–60 years (under 80kg)
  
• After Sea Walker or Trial Diving, you must wait at least 18 hours (24 hours recommended) before flying.
• Participants flying the same day cannot join Sea Walker or Trial Diving.
• Feeding fish is prohibited to protect the environment.
• Local activity providers may vary. Confirm safety rules before participating.
• Approximate fees:
  Trial Diving: 2,100 THB/30min (English)
  Banana Swing: 300 THB/30min
  Parasailing: 1,300 THB/30min
  Banana Boat: 800 THB/15min
  Clear Kayak: 800 THB/30min
  Towel: 200 THB/day
  Beer: 100 THB/can
  Meals: around 200 THB
  Massage: 400 THB/30min, 600 THB/1 hour
• Banana Beach has restaurants, massages, restrooms, and showers.
• Mask, snorkel, life jacket rentals, and marine activity reservations are available at the reception counter at Banana Beach entrance.
• Lost or damaged rentals are subject to compensation fees.
• Returning lost items may incur fees. Please be aware.
• An English-speaking guide accompanies the tour. The tour is simple, but for questions, contact our Japanese staff by phone.
• Schedule may change without notice due to sea conditions.
