This website is operated by E-TrAVEL INFORMATION Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "our company") and provides information about diving and other tours. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using this site.

■Introduction

Please use this website in accordance with general internet etiquette and manners.

■Handling of Personal Information

When registering your information with us, personal information such as your name and email address may be used to contact you and may also be used to provide information about our products, services, and campaigns.

■Customer Responsibility

Users are fully responsible for any actions they take when using this service, whether negligent or not. Our company, as well as administrators of your computer or network environment, assume no responsibility. If any third party suffers damage due to your actions, you are responsible for resolving it. Any damages incurred by our company may be subject to compensation claims.

■Communication with Customers

Communication with customers will primarily be via email. Email notifications sent from our company’s mail server will be considered delivered. We are not responsible for undelivered messages due to your email settings or transmission issues.

■Reservation Acceptance and Confirmation

When making a reservation, please read these terms carefully and complete the "Reservation Form" for the relevant service. Click the "I agree to the terms" button at the bottom of the confirmation page. Based on the submitted reservation form, we will check tour availability and send a "Reservation Confirmation Email" detailing your reservation, including fees. After verifying the details, please complete full payment within 10 days of receiving the confirmation email or by the deadline specified in the email. Once payment is confirmed, a confirmation email with a prepaid voucher (PDF) will be sent, finalizing your reservation.

※If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, your reservation may be automatically canceled without notice.

■Payment Methods

Within 24 hours of submitting the reservation form, you will receive a "Reservation Confirmation Email" containing tour details and payment instructions. After receiving it, please complete full payment using one of the following methods by the specified deadline.

・Bank Transfer
Bank transfer is also available for those who live in Thailand. Please transfer the total amount to our bank account listed on the “Booking Confirmation E-mail”. All bank charges must be paid by the customer.

・Credit Card Payment
We accept VISA, MASTER, and JCB cards for your payment. After submitting a reservation form, you will receive a Booking Confirmation E-mail with link URL for E-Payment Service(presented by Ayudhya Bank), and complete the settlement procedure in accordance with procedure.

Please note that 4 % credit card handling charge will be added to the total amount of your bill for credit card settlement. Bank transfer payment is available for Thai residents only. Bank transfer fee would be borne by customer. For prompt processing, when you transfer money, please let us know about it via e-mail.

To ensure smooth processing, please notify us by email once your transfer is completed. After confirming payment, we will send a confirmation email. At this point, your reservation is officially confirmed. If payment is not confirmed within 10 days of receiving the confirmation email or by the deadline specified, the reservation may be canceled without notice.

■Reservation Cancellation & Changes

Please note that when you cancel the booking due to personal reasons, cancellation fee will be applied as follows.（Cancellation policies are different depending on the boat operators.）

*If you cancel your booking after the payment, we will refund you the balance after deduct cancellation fee based on the cancellation policy. All bank charges must be paid by the customer. it will also be deducted from the refunding amount. If your payment is made by credit card, we will refund to the same credit card used for the transaction. The refund is on a Thai Baht basis, and we are not responsible for the exchange loss that may occur by exchange rate.

* If the booking be canceled by reason of weather or our company's convenience, a full amount of your payment will be refund. However, please note that our company or boat operator assumes no responsibility for any other loss such as traveling expenses.

When making a reservation, carefully review all information displayed on the tour and service pages, as well as the reservation pages. If you have questions, please contact us.

※Services, facilities, and photos on this site are examples and do not guarantee availability. Changes may occur without notice, and the service may not be available on the day of use.

■Service Suspension

In cases such as system maintenance, services may be temporarily suspended without notice. Please understand in advance.
