Payment is required in advance.
You can pay via bank transfer or by credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB).

We accept credit cards (VISA, MASTER, JCB).
Please note that a 4% fee will be added to the total amount in Thai Baht for card payments.

If you cancel due to personal reasons, cancellation fees will apply according to our policy:

[Diving]
Up to 8 days before: Free
7 to 1 day before: 50% of the fee
From 5:00 PM the day before or on the day: 100% of the fee

※For course registrations, cancellations after payment will incur a materials fee of 1,000 THB per person per course item.

[Optional Tour]
The cancellation policy varies depending on the tour.

If there is availability, reservations can be made by contacting us and completing payment by around 4:00 PM the day before.
On weekends and peak seasons, please book as early as possible.
If the boat schedule is released and there are available seats, reservations can be accepted even months in advance.

Most boats in Thailand operate on a tipping system. If you enjoyed the tour, please consider tipping.
For Thai boat staff, please use the tip box provided on the boat. Tips are distributed among the captain and the Thai boat crew.
For dive guides, please hand the tip directly to the guide.

・Dive guide: 0–5% of the tour fee

We have personal accident insurance, but we strongly recommend subscribing to comprehensive overseas travel insurance for additional coverage.
Note that some insurance policies may not cover diving accidents, so please check with your insurance provider.
Our insurance does not cover guests over 70 years old. Guests over 70 must subscribe to overseas travel insurance (mandatory).
