The main attraction of Coral Island is the year-round availability of marine activities. Even when Phuket beaches are too rough for some activities, you can still enjoy banana boats, parasailing, or sea walking. Coral Island is also the closest of the nearby islands, making boat trips short and giving you ample time to join other optional tours. Snorkeling, feeding fish, or just relaxing on the beach are all popular options.

Coral Island is only 10-15 minutes by speedboat from Chalong Bay at the southern tip of Phuket. Even during rough seas, the boat navigates along the island’s sheltered areas, minimizing motion sickness. The beach side is protected from monsoon winds, making swimming possible year-round.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees apply:

  • Up to 8 days before: Free
  • 7 to 1 day before: 50% of the tour price
  • After 17:00 local time, the day before: 100% of the tour price

Tours run even in rainy weather unless it affects the safe operation of the boat. If you cancel for personal reasons, including weather concerns, cancellation fees apply.

Notes & Guidelines

  • Some activities may be unavailable due to weather or sea conditions. Tour leaders will provide guidance on alternatives.
  • Age limits apply:
    - Introductory Diving: 15–55 years
    - Sea Walker: 15–60 years
    - Parasailing: 10–60 years (max 80kg)
    - Banana Boat: 10–60 years (max 80kg)
  • After diving or Sea Walker, allow at least 18 hours (24 hours recommended) before flying or changing pressure in vehicles.
  • Those flying on the same day cannot participate in diving or Sea Walker.
  • Feeding fish or wildlife is prohibited for environmental protection.
  • Each activity is operated by different local companies. Confirm safety and guidelines before participation.
  • Approximate prices:
    - Introductory Diving: 2,100 THB / 30 min (English)
    - Banana Swing: 500 THB / 3 min
    - Parasailing: 1,800 THB / 30 min
    - Banana Boat: 800 THB / 15 min
    - Clear Kayak: 800 THB / 30 min
    - Towel: 200 THB / day
    - Beer: 100 THB / can
    - Meal: ~200 THB
    - Massage: 400 THB / 30 min, 600 THB / 1 hour
  • Banana Beach has restaurants, massage services, restrooms, and showers.
  • Equipment rental (mask, snorkel, life jacket) and activity reservations are available at the entrance counter.
  • Lost or damaged rented items are subject to fees. Returning forgotten items may incur extra charges and take several days.
  • An English guide accompanies the tour. Contact our Japanese staff if you have questions.
  • Schedules may change without notice due to sea conditions.
