Diving at Phi Phi Island
Phi Phi Island, located 45 km east of Phuket in the Andaman Sea, is a popular destination for travelers. It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes by dive boat to reach Phi Phi. The Phi Phi archipelago consists of six islands, including the largest Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Leh, famous for its beautiful cove, Maya Bay. Maya Bay on Phi Phi Leh is renowned for its stunning beauty and was featured as a filming location for the movie "The Beach" starring Leonardo DiCaprio. The islands of Phi Phi are surrounded by sheer limestone cliffs over 100 meters high, creating picturesque coves. The contrast of emerald-green waters and dramatic cliffs makes the scenery incredibly captivating. Diving around Phi Phi Island offers a rich variety of marine life, from colorful tropical fish to macro and pelagic species. With diverse dive sites including drop-offs and swim-throughs, it caters to all levels of divers, from beginners to experts. Phuket has two main seasons: high season from November to April, and green season from May to October. During the summer months, the Indian Ocean is affected by monsoons, which can cause rough waves on some days, making offshore dive sites less ideal. While high season is recommended for Phi Phi Island, during the green season, if waves are not too high during transit, boats can anchor in calm bays upon arrival, making entry and exit manageable. Due to the long transit distance, those prone to seasickness are not advised to visit during rough green season days.

Phi Phi Island is located approximately 45 km east of Phuket’s Chalong Pier by dive boat.
The Phi Phi Islands area consists of several islands, including the main island Phi Phi Don and Phi Phi Leh, famous for Maya Bay.
Popular dive sites are mainly around Phi Phi Leh and the nearby islands of Bida Nok and Bida Nai.

Important Information
- After diving, if you plan to travel on aircraft or other pressure-changing transport, allow at least 24 hours after the last dive.
- The number of dives is indicative and may be reduced due to sea conditions. Please understand in advance.
- Dive points may be subject to change.
- During the tour, avoid carrying valuables such as cash or passports beyond the fees you have paid.
- When disembarking, please check for any personal belongings. Retrieval of lost items may incur additional fees.
- Participants with chronic illness, ongoing medication, or prior surgeries may not be allowed to join. A doctor’s certificate may be required; please consult in advance.
- For safe and enjoyable diving, those with over a one-year break from diving are recommended to do a refresher dive beforehand.
- If using your own diving equipment, ensure it has been serviced and maintained within the past year.
Please note the following cancellation fees apply for the tour:
- Up to 8 days before: Free of charge
- 7 to 1 day(s) before: 50% of the tour fee
- After 17:00 local time the day before: 100% of the tour fee
The tour will proceed even in rainy weather, as long as the boat can operate safely. Cancellations due to personal preference, including weather concerns, will incur the above cancellation fees.
Payment for the diving tour must be made in advance.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or credit card.
