■Participation Requirements

Before joining a HOBO-YA tour, please ensure that you meet the following participation conditions.

Fun Diving

• You must have SSI Open Water Diver certification or an equivalent or higher qualification.
• You must be able to descend, ascend, and maintain neutral buoyancy smoothly without assistance.
• You must be in good health suitable for diving.

If you do not meet the above requirements, please consult our staff. Participation will be considered based on coordination with other guests and staff availability. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Trial Diving & License Courses

■Reservation Procedure

1. Before making a reservation, please carefully read the information on this page.


2. Reservation Application

Once your travel dates and preferred diving dates are decided, please click the "Reservation" button on the relevant page, fill in the required information, and submit the reservation form.


3. Payment

Within 24 hours of submitting the reservation form, you will receive a "Reservation Confirmation Email." This email includes tour details and payment instructions. After receiving the confirmation email, please complete full payment of the tour fee by the specified deadline using one of the following methods.


Bank Transfer
Bank transfer is also available for those who live in Thailand. Please transfer the total amount to our bank account listed on the “Booking Confirmation E-mail”. All bank charges must be paid by the customer.

Credit Card Payment
We accept VISA, MASTER, and JCB cards for your payment. After submitting a reservation form, you will receive a Booking Confirmation E-mail with link URL for E-Payment Service(presented by Ayudhya Bank), and complete the settlement procedure in accordance with procedure.

Please note that 4 % credit card handling charge will be added to the total amount of your bill for credit card settlement. Bank transfer payment is available for Thai residents only. Bank transfer fee would be borne by customer. For prompt processing, when you transfer money, please let us know about it via e-mail.


4. To ensure smooth processing, please notify us by email once your bank transfer is completed. After confirming payment, we will send a confirmation email. At this point, your reservation is officially confirmed.

■Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your participation, a cancellation fee will apply. Please understand this in advance. Cancellation fees vary depending on the service, so please check the website or the "Reservation Confirmation Email" for details.

• All information on the website, including services, fees, national park fees, schedules, and dates, may change without notice. Please be aware of this in advance.
• Dive sites, number of dives, and other plans may change without notice due to weather or other circumstances.
• The total number of dives may be affected by weather, no-decompression limits, or other factors. Therefore, the total number of dives is not guaranteed.
