On the west side of Phi Phi Ley, divers explore under towering limestone cliffs. The crevices formed by stacked rocks are often home to resting turtles, which is the origin of the site's name. There are several swim-throughs between rocks, where sunlight filtering through cracks creates a magical underwater scenery. In areas with large sea fans, schools of golden snapper can sometimes obscure visibility. This diving site offers a combination of turtles, interesting terrain, and abundant fish life.
