Tour fees must be paid in advance.
Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Please note the following cancellation fees:

  • Up to 8 days before: Free
  • 7 days to 1 day before: 50% of the fee
  • After 17:00 local time, the day before: 100% of the fee

The tour will proceed even in rainy weather as long as it does not compromise boat safety. If you cancel for personal reasons, including weather preferences, cancellation fees will apply.

Notes & Guidance

  • On the tour day, avoid bringing large amounts of cash or valuables such as passports.
  • Please wear your swimsuit under your clothes. Bringing a change of clothes or towels from your hotel is convenient.
  • An English-speaking guide accompanies the tour. The tour is simple to follow, and language issues are usually not a problem. For questions, contact our Japanese staff by phone.
