1. Download the SSI app (or log in to the website)
Once we have completed the registration for the course participants, an email from SSI will be sent to your registered email address.
Please follow the instructions in the email to download the app and log in. (Recommended)
You can also log in via a computer.
If you have not received the email from SSI, please contact us immediately.
2. Check "My Profile"
From the menu, select My Profile and verify your information.
If there are any errors, please edit them. Note that changing your email address will also change your login information.
You will also need to upload a photo and register your personal information for the issuance of the C-card, so please complete the registration accordingly.
3. Fill in the forms
From the app home screen, tap "More" in the bottom right corner, then select "Courses".
The following forms will appear, so select "Fill out online" for each and provide the required information.

4. Start the course preview
From the app home screen, tap "More" in the bottom right corner, then select "Courses".
The digital materials for the Open Water Diver course you registered for will appear, so proceed with the preview.
At the end of each chapter, there are review questions—please answer them. Review any incorrect answers by reading the materials again until you pass.

5. Apply the knowledge
On the day of the course, after the academic lessons and 50-question test for Open Water Diver, you will practice the required diving skills in the pool.
Then you will go to the sea to confirm your skills while enjoying diving.
6. Certification
The instructor evaluates your underwater performance, and if there are no issues, you will be certified.
A digital card will be issued immediately, and you will officially hold the Open Water Diver qualification.
*If you would like a plastic card, please log in to the SSI website, go to “Training > Education > Certifications,” and click “Order Replacement Card.” Confirm your profile photo and address, then proceed with the order yourself.
*If you cancel the course after registration (payment completed), a fee of 1,000 THB per person for the learning materials will be charged. Please understand in advance.

5. Practical application
On the day of the tour, after a brief review lecture of the Nitrox Specialty course, you will dive using a Nitrox tank. There are no complex procedures underwater; you will practice setting your dive computer before the dive and check the no-decompression limits during the dive while enjoying your dive.
6. Certification
Your final test results (75% passing score) and your underwater performance will be evaluated by the instructor. If there are no issues, you will be certified, and a digital card will be issued. If you do not reach the passing score, a retest can be taken.

Participants in the Refresh Course (Scuba Skill Update) should follow the steps below and review the digital learning materials.

2. Check My Profile

3. Enter information into "Documents"
From the app home screen, select "More" → "Courses". The following documents will appear. For each, select "Fill Out Form Online" and complete the required information:

4. Start reviewing the course

5. Practical application
On the day of the tour, staff will guide you through basic shallow-water skill practice and review equipment usage and necessary diving skills so you can enjoy your dive.

Participants in the Basic Diver (Introductory Dive) program will receive a digital certificate after completing the dive. To issue the certificate, please follow the steps below to register your information.

After we complete your registration, SSI will send an email to your designated email address. Please follow the instructions in the email to download and log in to the app (recommended). You may also log in via a computer. If you have not received the email, please contact us promptly.
3. Enter information into "Documents"
From the app home screen, select "More" → "Courses". The following documents will appear. For each, select "Fill Out Form Online" and complete the required information:

4. Future application
The SSI Basic Diver program counts as credit toward the Open Water Diver course. If you take the Open Water Diver course within six months, one of the four required ocean training dives will be waived. This allows completion of the course in as little as two days (Day 1: theory/pool, Day 2: three ocean dives).
